How to Make Keto Coffee in 3 Easy Steps

How to make keto coffee?

Preparation time: 5 minutes 


  1. Brew the coffee in your espresso  or drip coffee machine. It is important that the coffee is freshly brewed and very hot so that the ingredients can mix well.  
  2. Add all the ingredients to the blender until well mixed. Adding already melted coconut oil and butter will make it easier.
  3. Ready to serve! 

Keto coffee variation with cream and cinnamon

The difference in this recipe is that when you brew the coffee, you add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Whether you are making a filter coffee or an espresso, add the cinnamon along with the ground coffee. Follow the steps in the previous brew plus these:  

  1. Mix the coffee with the cinnamon, butter and oil in a blender.  
  2. Separately, whip 80 ml of heavy cream in a bowl until stiff. Or get ready-to-use whipped cream.  
  3. Pour the coffee into a large glass. Top with the whipped cream and garnish with a little cinnamon.

This drink was specifically promoted by Robb Wolf and Dave Asprey, who claim that this coffee is best drunk on an empty stomach as a substitute for breakfast. Why? To get your metabolism going and get a dose of energy from this coffee, you should have it as your first meal after waking up.
